Through a series of interactive challenges, rewards, and competitions, TamoJunto Lotéricos created a dynamic environment where every achievement was celebrated and progress was palpable.

Gamification to engage the 13,060 bank representatives Caixa developed this gamification to engage the 13,060 bank representatives called Lotéricos.

The goal was to reach 5.2 billion reais of result. With TamoJunto Lotéricos, Caixa witnessed a remarkable surge in engagement levels among its bank representatives.

Not only did they surpass the targeted 5.2 billion reais in results, but they also fostered a culture of collaboration, competition, and camaraderie among the Lotéricos community.

The project's success stands as a testament to the transformative potential of gamification in driving performance and engagement within large organizations like Caixa.
