The Bank created a gamification called "Promotion Type" using the Funifier platform to encourage bank customers to use digital channels. Most customers prefer to conduct their financial transactions in the physical Agency.
Gamification is being used to engage customers to conduct their transactions through the bank's mobile and internet application.
With Funifier's gamification solution, customers earn points when they access the mobile application, perform transactions by internet banking and when they invite friends using these channels. These customers then participate in monthly draws of smartphones and travel packages.
